About K&S Millwrights

Based just outside of Alliance in Beloit, Ohio, K&S Millwrights specializes in the design, installation, and repair of commercial or farm grain storage and drying facilities, including bins, augers & grain elevators. We offer millwright and mobile crane services. K&S carries the top names in the grain storage handling business, such as Sukup Manufacturing, Sweet Manufacturing, Hutchinson, Honeyville, Screw Conveyor Corp., RMS, and Baldor Motors. Customers we serve include farms, feed mills, soybean meal processing plants, dog food manufacturers, and others throughout Ohio, Indiana, Western and Central Pennsylvania and New York.

Our company was founded in 1978 by Kurt and Diane Klingelhofer, who moved it to our current location at 1422 Knox School Road in 2003. In 2013, Kurt and Diane sold the business to Gary Irwin, who joined the company back in 1996, and his wife Stacy. Since starting with K&S, Gary spent 10 years working in the field as a millwright and supervisor and transitioned into the office to manage the day to day operations of K&S Millwrights. Kurt continues to work closely with Gary, and has stayed on as a job supervisor. Today, K&S Millwrights has three full crews, employing 17 full time and some part time employees, including a full time parts manager, Josh Pirogowicz, and a full time certified service technician for Sukup and other brand grain dryers.

Our goal at K&S is to provide our customers with a properly designed and installed final product that will greatly increase their profitability and ease their work loads. Follow up and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.
