Fans

HF Series Material Handling Fans

HF Series fans are made in 15 different sizes ranging from 6" to 41" inlets, and volumes of 500 to 58,000 CFM. Honeyville's fans are made of Hot Rolled Carbon Steel, Abrasion Resistant 400F Steel, or Stainless Steel. They are dynamically and statically balanced in the factory, have 6 paddles for wheel with a self cleaning radial design. The TEFC motors that run the are made by Baldor Electric, and available in sizes ranging from 3 to 300 hp. Our units include drain plugs (except HF6 and HF8) and blow/suction pipes.

HF Series fans are available in four duties:
- Standard Duty (STD) - Used for dry, non-abrasive materials with no larger than 3/16" particle size.
- Heavy Duty (HD) - Used for semi-dry, mildly abrasive materials with no larger than 3/8" particle size. Fan paddles are 1/8" thicker than Standard Duty.
- Extra Heavy Duty (XHD) - Used for wet, abrasive materials with no larger than 3/4" particle size. Fan paddles are 1/4" thicker than Standard Duty.
- Extra Heavy Duty Abrasion Resistant (XHD-AR) - Used for wet, highly-abrasive materials with no larger than 5/8" particle size. Fan paddles are made of 1/2" AR400F Abrasion Resistant Steel.

HBCF Negative System Fans

HBCF Negative System Fans have a backward curve, centrifugal blade to be used for clean air applications. Inlet sizes range from 20" to 63" and volumes from 5200 to 54,000 CFM. Horsepower ranges from 15 to 200 hp.

TEFC Motors

Honeyville uses the 1800 RPM TEFC Baldor Premium Super-E motors in their fans. These are 230/460V 3-Phase motors that range from 1/2 hp to 200 hp. Some sizes are also available in single phase power.

Filters

Honeyville's dust filters range in capacity from 1000 CFM all the way up to 72,000 CFM. No matter your dust collection needs, commercial, farm, or industrial, Honeyville has the dust filter you need.

MPC Filters

Honeyville's Medium Pressure Cleaning (MPC) Filters offer a continuous cleaning system, so that the end of the day, your filter performs just as well as the beginning of the day. These filters utilize a 67 degree cone section with a bolt-on inspection cover, and a low pressure involute inlet section set at 110 degrees with an inner cone baffle and vortex breakers.

EFR Pulse-Jet Filters

Built for light to medium dust collection for materials such as grain, flour, feed, minerals, plastics, cement products, and wood waste, the EFR Pulse-Jet Filters also offer continuous online cleaning. These filters utilize a 67 degree cone section with a bolt-on inspection cover, and a low pressure involute inlet section set at 110 degrees with an inner cone baffle and vortex breakers. These filters are available in ten sizes ranging from 1000 up to 10,000 CFM.

EFM Pulse-Jet Filters

This air filter is designed as an after filter for your existing Cyclone dust collection system. The EFM Pulse-Jet filters are available in ten sizes up to 30,950 CFM.

Shaker Filters

Designed for use as an after filter for Cyclone dust collection systems, Honeyville's shaker filters are available in 8 sizes with capacities ranging from 1000 to 6000 CFM. These filters are ideal for smaller shops that can shut off the machine to shake out the bags periodically.

Return Air Components

Honeyville manufactures a number of add-ons for their dust collection systems hat allow clean air to be returned to the building, which helps to reduce your heating costs in the winter. These include a Summer Damper, Air Diffuser, and Return Air Manifold.

Airlocks

Honeyville's HAL Series Rotary Airlocks come in five sizes. These are used to control the air pressure on the discharge end of a filter or cyclone dust collection system.

Cyclones

Honeyville makes Cyclone dust collection systems in 3 models and 36 different sizes. With 50 plus years of building cyclone dust collectors, they are truly the expert in the dust collection business.

Standard Series Cyclones

Honeyville's Standard Series (MH) Cyclones are available in 21 sizes for mills, wood and feed plants, and other industrial operations. These models are available in three thickness classes, Standard Duty, Heavy Duty, and Extra Heavy Duty, and can be made of Stainless Steel, Galvanized Steel, and Abrasion Resistant (AR) Steel.

High Efficiency Cyclones

Honeyville High Efficiency (HE) Cyclones are available in five sizes. Similar to the Standard Series Cyclones, they are available in three thickness classes, Standard Duty, Heavy Duty, and Extra Heavy Duty, and can be made of Stainless Steel, Galvanized Steel, and Abrasion Resistant (AR) Steel. They feature a higher straight side and cone height for better material separation, and also include a helical baffle between the inner vent tube and the straight side, which directs the material downward.

High Efficiency, High Volume Cyclones

Honeyville makes High Efficiency, High Volume (HE/HV) cyclones in 10 sizes. These are built with heavy gauge, welded hot rolled carbon steel, and has options for Abrasion Resistant (AR), steel, G90 Galvanized Steel, and Stainless Steel. These Cyclones are ideal for situations where maximum efficiency is a requirement.

Self Contained Dust Collectors

Honeyville's Dustop Series Dust Collector is normally outfitted with a shaker filter to create an economical, compact dust collection system with capacities ranging from 1000 to 5100 CFM. This is the perfect system for small to medium woodworking shops.

Available options include:

- Flat back or 360 degree full round shell
- 45 degrees or 60 degrees grain flow
- 4 hole to 18 hole outlets
- Pipe, Cable, or Electronic Positioning Control (EPS) control systems
- Urethane lining for the swing spout and outlet nozzles

Types of control systems:

Pipe Control - These are normally used when a direct line with no obstructions is available from the control to the distributor. With few moving parts, this is a largely maintenance-free option.

Cable Control - This is normally used when there are obstructions between the distributor and the control. Cables allow you to go around pipes or augers that may be in the way.

EPC (Electronic Positioning Control) - EPC allows you to position your distributor within a controlled environment. This includes a programmable micro processor and a numeric keypad, which is contained in an 18" square and 29" high weather-tight box. Honeyville distributors can be retro-fit to convert to EPC if you currently use pipe or cable control.
